The following terms are applicable for any service or product that you purchase from us.

Delivery

W3Host has always paid special attention to the needs and wishes of our customers. We have always endeavored to find the most effective solutions to meet these needs.

By purchasing services on our site, you can now receive the purchased services after advanced partial or full payment. After you are satisfied with the service, you have to make the remaining payment, if applicable, via manual purchase invoice.

In the case of digital products like website design templates, t-shirt designs, Mockups, and any custom designs, You will receive the product only after purchasing and making payment on our website. After making payment, your order will be placed, and you will be redirected to the thank-you order page, where you will get the option to download the digital product that you purchased.

When will i receive the products and services?

The customs services are delivered via email with a destination link, thus avoiding the environmental impact of shipping physical goods. You will receive the delivery of your final services in your mailbox only within the committed project deadline. You will also receive services with all the necessary instructions for a quick and easy installation

After placing the order and making payment of digital product, you will be redirected to thank-you order page. This page will allow you to download your digital goods unlimited times.

Note: Service or product deliveries may be delayed up to a few hours if the products/services are out of stock or unavailable due to any unfortunate reasons.

What can I do if I don’t receive my purchase?

No worries, we are always able and ready to provide assistance. Just contact our customer support or email/call us and our team will be immediately assist you.

Also, check your spam folder, sometimes emails may end up in your junk mail folder.

Return & Refund

W3Host follows the “Money-back Warranty” policy with a 50%-100% refund policy.

1.1: After delivery of the service, a full or partial refund is applicable under certain conditions:

  • A 50% partial refund will be issued if the customer is not satisfied with the final service delivery or if it doesn’t meet their full expectations within the next 7 days.
  • A 50% partial refund will be issued within 15 days if the customer wants to cancel the order before final service delivery.
  • A 100% full refund will be issued if you don’t get your final service delivered due to unfortunate reasons.

1.2: After delivery of the digital product, a full or partial refund is applicable under certain conditions:

  • A 50% partial refund will be issued if the customer is not satisfied with the digital goods or if it doesn’t meet their full expectations within 7 days.
  • A 100% full refund will be issued if the customer doesn’t receive the digital product that has been ordered.
  • A 100% full refund will be issued if the digital product doesn’t work or is of no use to the customer due to any unfortunate reasons within 7 days.

A full or partial refund will take minimum 3 days or maximum 7 days of business working days. We can’t manually speed up the refund processing time. Kindly contact us if you face any issues getting your refund.

A full or partial refund claim period is only 7 days after the digital product or service delivery. No refund will be issued after 7 days of product or service delivery. For any complaints or refund requests regarding the product or service delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the final product or service delivery.

Replacement

We allow you to return or replace a product/service just after your order if you made any errors in your purchase or if you purchased wrong product/service. Our customer service will process every request of yours, while our technical team is always ready to help with any issue.

1.3: Your replacement request will be immediately approved as long as:

  • You purchased wrong product/services or if you made any error in your purchase.
  • You declare the product/service is non-functional (you have to provide proof of the issue).
  • You declare the product/service has not been used and won’t be used in the future.

*Note: Your statements will be deemed as formal, therefore will have full legal validity.

No Replacement request will be accepted after 7 days of final product or service delivery.

WHEN A REQUEST WILL NOT BE APPROVED?

– Digital download products like website designing templates, mockups, posters are already downloaded multiple times.

– A refund or replacement request will be denied by W3Host if the product has already been used, and is thus not reusable and re marketable.

– A refund or replacement request will be denied by W3Host if you decline assistance from our support team.

– A refund or replacement request will be denied by W3Host if it is issued 7 days after the purchase or later. You must exercise the greatest caution before you install and activate the product. Before you proceed, you must ensure you purchased the correct product for your device, according to software compatibility.
